Stetson's Boss of the Plains is a distressed fur felt that has character. It is made with the same Stetson quality that has made the company synonymous with western hats.
One of the great things about this hat is that everyone is unique. When a hat of 5X quality or higher has a blemish, Stetson sets the hat aside and it is destined to become a Boss of the Plain. By adding some distressing or colouring, the blemish is covered and the hat has a unique distressed look. The end result is a great looking hat, at a better than regular price because the hat was initially considered a flawed hat.

To figure out what size you wear. You will need to find a cloth measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your head at the place where you would wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches and refer to the chart below. If you are in between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can always pad a hat smaller.
