Transaction was seamless, order arrived quickly, and boots were beyond my expectation. I was concerned with the size, since I was ordering online (and I'm picky about my footwear's fit). I usually fall between an 8 and and 8.5 in ladies, so I opted for the 8.5 (because I was worried my borderline wide feet would be smushed in the toebox). Right out of the box, they fit perfectly. The leather has structure but is soft and not binding. I have big calves (16.5") and they are neither tight nor loose...they are just right. I love my boots!
